زنجیر لودر موسوی اولین و بزرگترین مجموعه تولیدی خدماتی زنجیرهای محافظ تایر و همچنین تولید لوازم یدکی مرتبط با زنجیر است که از سال 1386 رسماً فعالیت خود را به طور مستقل بر پایه تولید ملی در اصفهان قطب صنعتی کشور آغاز نموده است و هرروز بهتر و مصمم تر از گذشته در راستای بهترین تولید به هموطنان گرامی گام برداشته است.این مجموعه در حال حاضر با نام تجاری C.L.M در ایران فعالیت می کند و تمامی تولید خود را جهت تمامی معادن از جمله معادن سنگ (چینی ، کریستال ، مرمریت ، تراورتن و گرانیت) ، معادن سنگ آهن ، معادن مس ، معادن شن و ماسه ، کارخانه های فولاد (سرباره گرم و سرد) ، ضایعات و همچنین معادن کانی های فلزی و غیر فلزی با گارانتی و خدمات پس از فروش وافعی ارائه می نماید. با توجه به اطمینان از کیفیت متریال و نحوه تولید ، تمامی محصولات دارای 36 ماه گارانتی شامل شکسته شدن دانه و حلقه می باشند. استفاده از مرغوب ترین فولادهای آلیاژی باگرید s که دارای کروم ، منگنز،مولیبدن و آلیاژهای خاص که مقاوم در برابر سایش و شکست می باشد که این امر براساس دانش و تجربه متخصصین به دست آمده است. باافتخاراولین تولیدکننده زنجیر به صورت تمام پرس(جوش القایی) با استفاده از به روز ترین و مجهزترین دستگاه که قادر به اتصال حلقه تا ضخامت 20mm می باشد. 1.در جوش های دستی الکترود یا سیم جوش نمی تواند میزان آلیاژ اصلی فولاد را تامین نماید و به همین دلیل در عملیات حراراتی سختی قسمت جوش خورده بسیار کمتر از حلقه های زنجیر می باشد. لذا بااین فرآیند استقامت جوش در برابر کشش و سایش کمتر خواهد بود. 2. در جوش های دستی تمامی مراحل به واسطه جوشکار ( کارگر) انجام می گیرد به همین دلیل درصد خطای کار به میزان چشمگیری بالا خواهد رفت . لذا همانگونه که در عکس مشاهده می نمایید با جوش نخوردن مغز فولاد پس از مقداری سایش جوش دچار ترک شده و از قسمت جوش شکسته خواهد شد ، اما در جوش های القایی اول مغز فولاد جوش خورده و بعد قسمت بیرونی آن و مقاومت تا 50 برابر افزایش می یابد.پس از مونتاژ نهایی زنجیر مرحله عملیات حرارتی ، میزان استقامت و سختی فولاد را در برابر سایش تا 50 راکول افزایش خواهد داد.تمامی مراحل تولید با سیستم های کنترل کیفی نظارت می گردد. نکات ایمنی: 1.در هنگام نصب زنجیر حتما باد تایرها را به صورت استاندارد تنظیم نمایید و در زمان کار
