Minoo Industrial Group is one of Iran's oldest and most iconic food manufacturers, established on November 7, 1959, by Ali Khosrowshahi, who named the company after his daughter. Headquartered on the Karaj Special Road near Tehran, Minoo pioneered the local production of biscuits, wafers, candies and snacks in Iran.
The group produces a vast range of confectionery and food products, including biscuits, chocolate, wafers, cakes, toffees, chewing gum, salty snacks such as Pofak Namaki, and crackers, marketed under numerous well-known brands like Tak Tak, Chic, Pam Pam and Chocopars. Following the 1979 revolution the company was nationalized, and today Minoo remains one of the leading and most beloved food brands across Iran and the wider region.
