CMPK Oral Gel Nutritional Support for Hypocalcemia, Hypomagnesemia, Hypokalemia, Target Species: Cattle, Sheep, Calves, Lambs Veterinary Use Only Composition (per 300 mL): Calcium chloride : 126.9 g (equivalent to 2 g elemental calcium ) Magnesium chloride : 17.8 g (equivalent to 14 g elemental magnesium ) Trisodium phosphate : 55.2 g (equivalent to 11 g elemental phosphorus ) Potassium chloride : 1.15 g (equivalent to 6 g elemental potassium ) Advantages: Rapidly increases serum levels of calcium , phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium. Cardioprotective effect : Potassium and magnesium counteract adverse cardiac effects of rapid calcium elevation. Fast GI absorption with easy administration. Thick gel consistency ensures good retention in the oral cavity and prevents loss. Neutral pH – safe and well-tolerated by animals. Contains citric acid to improve absorption of minerals. Non-irritant to the gastrointestinal mucosa. No contraindications reported.
