قالب سازان بهفرد از سال 1380 شروع به تولید قالب اکستروژن نمود و در سال 1388 تحت نام شرکت قالب سازان بهفرد با مسئولیت محدود در تهران به ثبت رسید ما توانسته ایم با بهره گیری از ربع قرن تجربه، دانش روز و فناوری نوین از طریق متخصصین دانشگاهی و همکاری با کارخانه های تولید پروفیل اکستروژن آلومینیومی تبدیل به یک واحد مدرن و پویا در طراحی پروفیل آلومینیوم، ساخت قالب اکستروژن و تولید پروفیل اکسترود آلومینیوم شویم . در مواردی که چیزی جز یک ایده و طرح اولیه در ذهن مشتری وجود ندارد تیم مهندسین طراح ما برای تحقق شعار ما ذهن شما را می سازیم دست به کار شده و با مشاوره و صحبت با مشتری به یک طرح اولیه قابل ساخت می رسند. در این می بایست محدودیت های فرآیند اکستروژن را در گرفت. گاهی به دلیل سبکی گرم بر متر پایین محصول مجبور به ساخت قالب دو یا چند کانال هستیم. گاهی هم به دلیل بزرگ بودن مقطع پروفیل مجبور هستیم پروفیل را به چند قسمت تقسیم کرده و برای هر کدام قالب جداگانه بسازیم و در نهایت مشتری پروفیل های خروجی را با هم مونتاژ کند تا به محصول نهایی برسد. در کل طراحی پروفیل و قالب باید به شکلی انجام شود که قابل تولید با پرس های ۵ – ۷ – ۸ اینچ باشد. بعد از اینکه پروفیل نهایی تولید شد ما در مجموعه خود قادر هستیم به درخواست مشتری خدماتی همچون رنگ کاری، برشکاری، آنودایز، سخت کاری و T6 را بر روی پروفیل ها انجام دهیم. ساخت قالب اکستروژن یکی از مهم ترین بخشی های صنعت تولید پروفیل آلومینیوم است. این رشته یک صنعت کاملاْ تخصصی و مهندسی می باشد که تکیه بر دانش و مهارت دارد . به همین دلیل ما با کنار هم قرار گرفتن مهندسین زبده و استفاده از دانش و فن آوری روز در تلاشیم تا با مشاوره های تخصصی، آموزش های پی در پی و در نظر گرفتن نیاز مشتری بهترین محصول را در زمینه تولید قالب اکستروژن و سایر خدمات مربوطه ارائه دهیم. اولین قدم برای برای ساخت قالب اکستروژن در دست داشتن نقشه پروفیل است. در صورتی که مشتری از پروفیل مورد نیاز خود نقشه ای نداشته باشد دو حالت به وجود می آید . در حالت اول مشتری نمونه ای از محصول در اختیار دارد که ما با اسکن دقیق محصول به نقشه پروفیل می رسیم. در حالت دوم تنها چیزی که در دسترس است ایده ای در ذهن مشتری است که در اینجا ما با شنیدن نیاز مشتری و نقطه نظرات ایشان و در نظر گرفتن فرآیند اکس
