Pejvak Rayan’s Immersion Ultrasonic Testing Scanner is a high-precision, multi-axis system engineered for the non-destructive inspection of metallic plates under immersion conditions. Designed for applications that demand the highest levels of accuracy and repeatability, this advanced scanning system combines robust mechanical engineering with state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology. It features programmable three-axis motion (X, Y, Z), a corrosion-resistant immersion tank, and a heavy-duty steel frame to ensure long-term durability in industrial environments.1 The Immersion Ultrasonic Testing system supports up to four synchronized ultrasonic channels for simultaneous scanning, with transducers configurable for both normal and angle beam inspections. Its probe holder allows dual-plane adjustment, offering enhanced sensitivity to laminations, delaminations, and surface or subsurface cracks.
