Drag Reducing Agent produced at a jointly-invested plant at Aras Free Zone in north-western Iran, on a 22,000 sq m site with a capacity of 1 million liters of DRA per year, planned to rise to 3 million liters per year in future stages. DRA substantially reduces the friction loss caused by turbulent fluid flow, which is where fluids such as oil and other hydrocarbon liquids are transported over long distances through pipelines, cutting the inefficiencies that raise equipment and operating costs.

Sodium Methoxide produced at a jointly-invested plant in Boushehr special economy zone, south of Iran, on a 15,000 sq m site with a capacity of 20,000 Mt/year of SMO solution and 6,000 Mt/year of SMO powder at 99.5% purity. Sodium Methoxide is a derivative of methanol, a popular petrochemical material in Iran, and is used as a catalyst in both biofuel production and the pharmaceutical industry.

A jack-up drilling rig design developed and registered as a novel design by Saff Rosemond Engineering & Management Company, with all proprietary rights reserved to the company; the complete basic and detail design/drawing package is verified by an IACS-member classification society and deliverable to national and international clients on request. The design holds certificates from the Korean Register of Shipping (KR) and the Iranian Classification Society (ICS), plus an ISO 19905-1:2012 assessment certified by EuroCert as the first of its kind in Iran.

Design and engineering of a cutter suction dredger with a 650 mm suction line diameter, awarded by Darya Omid Chabahar Co. The dredger is dismountable, non-propelled, made up of 8 pontoons, and equipped with two spuds at the aft ship; the design is class-approved as a launch barge.

Design and engineering of a deck cargo and launching barge for Darya Fan Qeshm Industries Co. (SADAF), an Iranian offshore and marine operations contractor. The vessel is built in welded steel and provided with two rocker arms.

Design and engineering of a pipe and cable laying vessel for Darya Fan Qeshm Industries Co. (SADAF), equipped with cable laying equipment, pipe laying equipment and geo-technique tools for operation in the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea, with accommodation for 100 people enabling commissioning and offshore operations. The vessel is built in welded steel with one flush deck, no twin skeg, and the main hull divided by six transverse watertight bulkheads and two longitudinal bulkheads.

Upgrade design of the existing sheerleg crane barge SADAF 3000, equipped with an A-frame for offshore installation and marine works in the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. Four hooks each rated 800 tons, with the two outer tackles rated 1600 tons; the project raised the crane's lifting capacity to 3200 tons at a larger outreach and higher lifting height by modifying the A-frame and widening the barge hull, fully in compliance with GL, IMO and other regulatory bodies.
