ما بـر پایه صداقــــت، مسئولیت پذیری و تعهد به اصول اخلاقی، خود را در قبال خداوند و ذینعفان شامل مشتریان، کارکنان، سهامداران، شرکاء تجاری و جامعه مسئول می دانیم. ما متعهد به بهبود مستمر در کلیه فعالیت ها و فرآیندهای شرکت هستیم تا همواره انتخاب اول مشتریان باشیم. ما متعهد به کاهش مصرف منابع، انرژی، آلودگی محیط زیست و عوامل زیان آور محیط کار می باشیم. شاید در نگاه اول قراضه فولاد، کالایی بی استفاده، فاقد ارزش و کارآیی به نظر برسد که بهترین راه خلاصی، معدوم کردن آن باشد، ولی همین ماده به ظاهر بی ارزش، به حدی ارزشمند است که فولادسازان، قطعه سازان و کارخانه های مرتبط، بدون آن در ادامه فعالیت خود دچار مشکل خواهند بود. صنعت بازیافت، یک صنعت مهم و اساسی در کشور به شمار می آید که طی آن قراضه های فولادی جمع‌آوری و یا مسقیماً به قطعات ریختگی تبدیل می‌شوند و یا با تبدیل به کالاهای میانی زنجیره فولاد، قابلیت استفاده در صنعت را مجددا پیدا می نمایند. شمش و تختال تولید شده، در کارگاه های نورد به قطعات با ارزش تبدیل می گردد و بدین وسیله قراضه های فولادی، مجددا به چرخه مصرف وارد می گردد. امروزه قراضه های فولادی نه تنها در بازارهای داخلی، بلکه در بازارهای جهانی از رونق بسیار خوبی برخوردار است. بازیافت و بازگشت مجدد هر یک تن قراضه در چرخه تولید فولاد سبب صرفه جویی حداقل ۱۱۳۴ کیلوگرم سنگ آهن، ۶۳۵ کیلوگرم کک و ۵۵ کیلوگرم آهک می شود. در عین حال این امر باعث صرفه جویی ۷۵ درصدی در مصرف انرژی به کار گرفته شده و کاهش زمان تولید خواهد شد. در سال ۲۰۱۶ سرانه بازیافت قراضه در آمریکا ۲۷۰ کیلوگرم، در کشورهای پیشرفته ۲۰۰ کیلوگرم، متوسط جهانی ۶۹ و در ایران ۲۴ کیلوگرم است.
