Ahwaz Manufacturing Co. was founded in 1980 in a 1000 m2 factory space. It began by producing spares and replacement of mechanical parts for the steel, pipe, paper, oil and petrochemical industries. Tasha Manufacturing Co. was founded in 1991 and merged with Ahwaz Manufacturing Co. to manufacture heavy industrial components.
