Iran Combine Manufacturing Company (ICM) is the largest manufacturer of grain-harvesting machinery in the Middle East, located in Arak, Iran. The company was established and registered in 1969 under license from American manufacturer John Deere, beginning production of agricultural machinery. In 1970 it was sold to a John Deere-led consortium and operated as 'Iran John Deere' before its ownership transitioned to a joint-stock structure in 1982.
With over five decades of experience, ICM produces combine harvesters, balers, forage equipment, hay tools, self-propelled sprayers, seeding and tillage equipment, and tractors. The company, a major shareholder of which is Astan Quds Razavi, has exported its machinery internationally—including to China since 1984—and remains the backbone of Iran's grain-harvesting capacity.
